Plaintiff was a 45-year-old women who had bilateral breast reduction surgery due to neck and back discomfort. Plaintiff asserted that she was not warned of the potential for significant scarring, and that the defendants failed to follow proper pre-operative procedures to fully inform her.
Injuries: Significantly scarred and asymmetrical breasts at different heights. In addition, the right nipple was higher than the left, and she had pain and loss of sensation.
This case settled at the time of jury selection.
