750K – Brooklyn car-bus collision.
A Staten Island man was injured when a school bus failed to yield the right of way at an intersection, hitting his car in the side, resulting in neck and back injuries.
400K – Suffolk bus and multiple vehicle accident
A multiple vehicle collision in Suffolk County occurred when a school bus rear-ended an SUV, which spun across the road into the path of the plaintiff, causing shoulder, neck and back injuries. This case was tried to verdict in 2013.
